You retain 100% intellectual property and copyright ownership of any files, documents, or content you process with ConvertBench. You represent and warrant that you possess all legal rights to convert, modify, or process any materials you load into the tool.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
ConvertBench is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we employ rigorous browser standards and tested algorithms, we do not guarantee that file conversions will be error-free or that specific proprietary formats will always be rendered identically to commercial desktop software.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ConvertBench, its founder Tirthankar Dasgupta, or Dgen Technologies be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this website. We strongly recommend maintaining backups of critical original files before converting or modifying them.
